Notice of Withdrawal
“Consumer” within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (PETRONAX EUROPE GMBH, O4, 4, 68161 Mannheim, Germany, phone: +49 621 405 458 01, email: sales@petronaxcorp.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of your cancellation (e.g., by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by mail are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 10.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods.
If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging and outer packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer available, please use other suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage during transport and to avoid any claims for damages due to inadequate packaging.
