DESCRIPTION
INTRON® dSol is a demulsifier for crude oil dewatering, decomposition of crude oil emulsions, diesel fuels and light furnace fuels.
APPLICATION
INTRON® dSol reduces the interfacial tension at the oil-water interface. The pH value of the water phase is an important factor in the stability of the hydrocarbon-water emulsion and maintaining the optimal pH limit of the mixture, can increase the efficiency of the phase separation process and the fragmentation of the emulsion. The use of alkaline water leads to emulsification, poor phase separation, foaming of the system and deterioration of the process efficiency. To maintain optimal conditions for good phase separation and fragmentation of the emulsion, it is recommended to use water with a pH of 6.0-7.3. Dilute sulfuric acid is used to adjust the pH of the water.

STORAGE AND PACKAGING
Store in a cool, dry, dark place in a ventilated area. Stable when stored under normal conditions. It is recommended to store in marked, tightly closed containers in warehouses equipped with mechanical ventilation and lighting in an explosion-proof design. The recommended storage temperature is not higher than 30ºC. The product is delivered in 170-200kg barrels, IBC box containers, and in bulk in tankers
